Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We ship anywhere in the 50 United States and D.C. for free! Outside of the United States, we have a couple different shipping options to explore when you check-out.

 

Q: I want to return or exchange an item. How does that work?

Q: Do I need to pay sales tax?
A: Great question! If you are shipping to the state of Michigan, yes (6%). If you are shipping anywhere else, no.

 

Q: When will my item(s) arrive?
A: For orders within the 50 United States and D.C., we ship via the United States Postal Service either first class or priority mail. Most items ship within 24 hours. As soon as an item ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. We do our best to get every item to you as fast as possible!

 

Q: I recently made a purchase and now my item is on sale. Can i get the sale price?
A: Several times each year, we offer special sales or other discounts. These extra-low prices apply only during the time of the sale and cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the sale period. Additionally, these sale prices are for online-only purchases and do not apply to retail or pop-up locations. All items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale.
